Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment processes are tailored to each individual project, based on our client’s needs, to find the right employee for the right job.

Some elements of these include:

  • Interviews (face-to-face / phone / teleconference)
  • Reference checks
  • Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
  • Validation of qualifications
  • Background and Police Checks
All new candidates go through a screening process from the instant they register with us, with our experienced Recruitment team identifying the roles that each candidate is suited for.
